Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you're not, send end an email with your order number and reason for return to 'contactgnomelands@gmail.com' and we'll let you know how to send it back. Just remember to keep everything in its original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-refundable items: Gnomes are unique and certain items cannot be returned for example custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and those ordered through our affiliates. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
